THE VISION OF THE SOS COLLABORATION

The SOS Collaboration will create a network of complimentary “wrap-around” services for families and individuals throughout Western Pennsylvania. Our ultimate goal is to create a continuum of care for our clients that makes them more successful in achieving independence and well-being.

PROVIDING A CONTINUUM OF CARE ACROSS PITTSBURGH

Thanks to strategic partnerships, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Off The Floor Furniture Bank, and Skyline Recovery can provide personalized support that addresses the needs of the “whole person” and provides a continuum of care.
